Background
Dandison's research interest centres on how digital technologies (Social Media, Mobile Applications and Robotics/Artificial Intelligence) influence consumers’ purchase decisions. His research context focuses mostly in tourism; however, he makes occasional forays into banking and retail. In line with his educational experiences that cut across countries in Africa, Europe and Australia, he has also gained over 10 years of valuable working experiences in a variety of roles including as a lecturer/researcher in Africa, United Kingdom, Australia and Finland. Dandison is an active member of International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT) and serves as the Secretary-General for IFITT Africa. He serves on the editorial Board of the Spanish Journal of Marketing-ESIC as the Regional Editor for Africa.
